Custom Installations
At Autotainment we custom make sound systems to suit your needs. This could range from simple speaker and amp installs to a custom made filber glass speaker mounts and custom boot installs.
Custom work is needed in many different installations. Our installers use many techniques to achieve either a custom look like in the Falcon door panels pictured right, or maybe more of a stealth job to hide a subwoofer behind a seat in a fibreglass box. Even fitting speakers in behind factory panels may need a custom made panel to make it sound right.
In some of the bigger systems the wiring is a big design issue.
Consider that if you are using 2 or 3 amplifiers mounted in the boot.
All the audio wiring in the car has to be re-routed to their location.
This could mean 30 to 40 meters of cabling that needs to be hidden somewhere!!
The design of the system with matching components is extremely important. Making sure your amp matches your speakers.
The cables are the right type and guage and the speakers will work in the location.
